OUR FOUNDER
Racel Rosier has been an early childhood educator for 16 years and previously owned a preschool in Arizona. She has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from the University of Santo Tomas and her Early Childhood Education Certification from California College. Racel is a recipient of a Gold Record and Ambassadress of Goodwill awards from the Philippines. Since 2013, she has been a lead teacher at several international Tri-lingual Montessori & Christian schools in California.

Hello, friends and families!
I am delighted to offer “VIBRANT MINDS Preschool”, a second home for your children to have a fruitful experience in a God-centered environment together!
My passion for teaching children started from my 16 years of motherhood. The joys and challenges of raising four beautiful children have inspired me to pursue a career to guide the young. I’ve also had the opportunity to be in the entertainment and music industry in my younger years, which exposed me to people from all walks of life and has allowed me to incorporate some of those experiences into my teaching. In combining these two things, I have been led to the fulfilling and meaningful career of “educator”.
I realize the importance of providing young minds with a first rate education that will have a direct, profound and positive impact on each family’s lives. The preschool years are our students' most wonderful stage of life. Children discover and connect to the world for the first time in ways that are surprising and unique. Every child deserves to receive all the nurturing and opportunities they need for a memorable childhood. An experience that contributes to building a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success. As I see my own children develop and reach their full potential, my passion and pride for setting a high standard of education becomes more evident and rewarding. I am constantly reminded of the Zen proverb: “Knowledge is learning something new every day. Wisdom is the art of letting go of something every day.”
Education is the most essential step in the development of each generation. It is VIBRANT MINDS’ goal to promote high quality education for families and staff to recognize the value & potential of each individual. We aim to provide a school that offers structure, academic readiness, sharing Christian based values and to inspire creativity while encouraging children that “Learning is fun!”

ABOUT US
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Young children experience a period of powerful, time-sensitive growth where they are profoundly interested to learn. This window starts from birth but is most prevalent between the ages of 1 to 6 years old. Children’s absorbent minds allow them to assimilate their environment effortlessly to soak up knowledge similar to a sponge absorbing water. What young children see and experience will indelibly be imprinted within their mind.
As parents, we observe our children from all angles and want to place them in an optimum learning environment during these years. However, with many teaching methods available, parents may struggle to find one program that can address each child’s needs. VIBRANT MINDS is a private academic Christian preschool that embraces our view of some of the best principles from Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio-Emilia. We care about educating the “whole child” with focus on the development of each individual’s potential. Our methodology has been developed over a 10 year period and offers a unique program to motivate young learners. We aim to capture their natural curiosity & excitement to learn.

We adopt Montessori’s holistic approach on character education, social grace and relishing how adults interact with their environment. We coach and encourage them to become independent, capable and competent young students.

We practice Waldorf’s experiential (hands-on involvement) and sensory-based learning, with an emphasis on imagination and creativity.

We are inspired by Reggio-Emilia’s use of symbolic languages in everyday life and utilize a constructivist self-guided curriculum, with principles based on respect, responsibility and community through exploration and discovery.

We believe in a structured academic program that caters to the children’s natural interest and curiosity. In addition we instill Christian based values into our daily routine to ensure mind, body and soul are trained with equal emphasis. Our principles aim to develop each child’s early attention skills, self-regulation, cognitive flexibility and working memory.
Ultimately, we view our students as confident directors of their own learning. We strive to disguise “work” as “play”. Children learn best by presenting academics with a “fun & playful” approach so they anxiously seek to be involved in each activity. This theory uses play as a vehicle for developing social skills, inner motivation, and motor skills to allow our staff to introduce key concepts to maximize each child's potential.
We encourage children to learn how to interact and effectively apply the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary to understand and manage their emotions, set achievable goals and make responsible decisions to establish a confident sense of self. We stress the importance of the learning process instead of emphasis on results.
It is our goal for young children to seamlessly transfer from the familiarity of their home into a welcoming “home-themed” school environment which promotes better learning behaviors and best equips them for kindergarten readiness. VIBRANT MINDS strives to guide and extend early childhood educational experiences to the highest level.
