VMP is a private Christian academic preschool serving children ages 6 months -10 years old. Based on our beliefs and experiences, we have incorporated the best principles from Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio-Emilia philosophies for the development of each individual’s potential. Above all, we support healthy bodies, wholesome hearts, and blossoming vibrant minds!

For a more in-depth look, see About Our Philosophy.

Vibrant Minds is not an all-year-round preschool - our typical school year begins in August and finishes at the end of May (10 months). We also offer a series of summer programs in June and July. New student applications are accepted throughout the year depending on availability. All preschool breaks and holidays are included in tuition.

Please refer to the calendar on the Resources page for a complete list of school holidays and events.

Routines give children a sense of security and stability. We have created a preschool environment in a contemporary home setting. Each day is structurally planned with a focus on the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and academic needs of every child. Our everyday activities equip students for kindergarten readiness and establish a foundation to becoming lifelong learners.

Check out our young learners’ Daily Schedule.

Healthy snacks (grains, fruits and vegetables) are served in the morning & afternoon. Our facility also utilizes a water filtration system. Parents will need to provide their child with a labeled packed lunch & water bottle from home. We are a nut free facility.

Because we understand that children develop skills at their own pace, VMP does not require children to be potty-trained and provides assistance to young learners. We partner with parents & encourage primary potty-training to be practiced at home. Parents will need to regularly provide labeled diapers & wipes for students in training.

We have a regularly scheduled nap time for all children. Our facility provides student assigned (labeled) mats with linens that are washed weekly. Parents need to provide a small sized blanket, pillow and one stuffed toy of choice to be cleaned each week at their home. We understand some children may have more difficulty falling asleep than others. In this case, we encourage non-napping children to rest quietly in the same room to allow others to settle down. Quiet reading is allowed for early risers after an hour.

VMP supports & partners with parents in motivating young children to learn Christian values. We provide a nurturing environment and practice positive reinforcement by modeling & actively listening. We set clear expectations & boundaries by redirecting children's focus & offer them choices to overcome challenges. We use kind yet firm discipline to teach, not punish, and most of all, we present ourselves as a “helper” rather than an “enforcer”.

Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We offer both early drop off (8:30 - 9:00 AM) and extended care (4:00 - 4:30 PM) programs at an additional rate each month. There is a $1/minute charge for late pickup which is payable at time of pickup.

We are excited for you to join the Vibrant Minds family! Please utilize the Contact Form or give us a call (+1-669-208-9722) to schedule a visit to meet our staff and submit your application.
